Reset local choices
Open Scorebook → About & privacy → Reset app choices. Android settings can also clear app storage, and uninstalling removes ordinary app-managed local data.

Start with the boundary of the app.
Most app choices can be reset on the device. Live cricket, membership, venue, safeguarding and emergency matters belong to the current authorized real-world channel.
External link does not open
The app requests no Internet permission. Confirm that the device has a browser or another application able to open an HTTPS link, then choose the source again.
Text or motion preference
Android font-size settings can change presentation. The app's reduced-motion control limits nonessential transitions and remains a resettable on-device preference.
Not handled in the app
Fixtures, registration, membership, live scores, team selection, official results, venue decisions, medical care and safeguarding reports are not app functions.
